Vibrating dust filter bags by reverse air pressure
Made of needle felt and fiberglass fabric
The bag is suspended from the filter housing at the upper closed mouth and is securely attached to the head plate at the lower open mouth. During filtration, gas filled with dust enters the filter bag from below. As it moves upward, the gas also flows outward, while dust keep inside the filter bag.
To remove the filter cake, the compartment to be cleaned is separated from the filtration process (taken offline). The backwash fan then creates reverse flow, causing the filter bag to partially collapse. To prevent complete collapse, support rings are sewn along the edge of the filter bag at set intervals. After cleaning, the chamber is returned to the filtration process (obtained online).
