Filtration technology performs various tasks in chemical plants. Filters must prevent product contamination, protect workers from inhaling deadly smoke and dust, and prevent the pollutants release into the environment.

BWF Envirotec takes all these factors into account when designing filter materials and industrial filters to prevent these side effects from occurring during production. BWF Envirotec's industrial filters for dust filtration technology enhance productivity, protect against fiber abrasion, and reduce product contamination. They minimize the characteristics of explosive dust and dissipate static electricity.

Needlona ® is characterized by its excellent ability to separate valuable dust types, thus increasing production process efficiency.

To prevent product contamination from fiber abrasion in filter bags, we recommend using PM-Tec ® filter media, made from needle felt or fiberglass and multi-layer ePTFE membranes, which protect against fiber abrasion and keep product contamination at a minimum during product changes.

For explosive dust, we recommend using ExCharge ® filter media. This filter material safely dissipates static electricity, achieving significantly lower resistance values, under 10^6 Ohms. ExCharge® is certified by DEKRA GmbH.
