Rotork is the origin of the industry-leading smart electric actuator range, IQ. The IQ range features legendary innovations, including Rotork's unique dual-seal enclosure, 'non-intrusive' operation, and predictive maintenance capabilities. Recent advancements include control and operation via the Rotork app, Bluetooth® Setting Tool Pro, or local control buttons. All IQ3 Pro actuators come equipped with an integrated data logger that can be downloaded to the app and subsequently exported to Insight 2 or sent through Rotork's cloud-based Intelligent Asset Management (iAM) system.
The IQ functionality and reliability are available for a wide range of valves in nearly every size and configuration, including multi-turn, quarter-turn, isolation, and modulating valves, with ingress protection and hazardous area approvals in accordance with all internationally recognized standards.
The electric actuator range also includes AWT for simple control tasks, direct drive actuators such as ROM, ROMpak, and Q for small quarter-turn valves.
Rotork actuators are compatible with various process control and communication systems. Rotork’s Pakscan™ system provides advanced network control capabilities for actuators similar to fieldbus networks such as Profibus®, Foundation Fieldbus®, Modbus®, DeviceNet®, and HART®.
